I recently visited Cloud 10 Car Wash and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I pulled into the lot, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff. They were friendly, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. The wash itself was top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and high-quality products used to clean my car. The attention to detail was impressive, and I was amazed at how sparkling clean my car looked after the wash was completed. Additionally, the facilities were well-maintained I would highly recommend Cloud 10 Car Wash to anyone looking for a top-notch car wash experience. Cloud 10 leaves you and your car in cloud 9! When they say car love made here, they actually mean it. Cloud 10 car wash perfected the car washing experience with extreme attention to detail. Customer service usually greets you at the pay station where they assist you in one of the 3 lanes. The actual car wash is high tech with gray machines and a pleasant human touch. An array of cameras keeps track of customer satisfaction throughout. On leaving you have an amazing interior cleanup experience with 20-30 stations, each with multiple vacuums and an air dryer. There's also a rug cleaner.
Went in the evening of the 30th of December looking to rid my car of some stuff on it. I was told by the gentleman who works there that Fusion Ceramic was their best wash and I chose to go with it. I was only going to do one wash, but since the person working there was courteous and patient with me, I decided to get the Fusion Ceramic monthly unlimited wash. I was very pleased with the outcome of the wash that left my car looking as good as new. Thank you for providing such an amazing service in Wilkes Barre. Have a happy, successful new year!
Love this car wash. my vehicle comes out spotless plus the vacuums and the mat Cleaners works very well. This is by far the best car wash I’ve been to in a very long time. Customer service is polite and on point with the knowledge of this car wash. Was a long time customer of a orloski’s for over a decade , but my car got hit in there three times and nothing was done.
It is the most FABULOUS carwash, my husband is a monthly member MAX WASH, go as many times you like, they are always so nice and the guy that worked inside the wash had such a way with his arms swaying. and guiding you in, sometimes the other guys will mimic and do it for me, l would never even consider going any where else!
